The bedroom and sofabed were super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Venice. The two bathrooms were a great convenience, especially when traveling with a group of friends. The living room with the kitchenette was a cozy and functional space to hang out and prepare meals.

Personally, I found the shower a bit small, but others might not mind it at all.

Wonderful stay for our short visit, large bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. Excellent and unbeatable location in the heart of the city, steps away from a Gothic church. Right by eateries, tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping, and Vaporetto.

It was amazing in general: big size room, excellent location adjacent to Vaporetto, good restaurants and Venice. The very friendly and responsive staff made our stay an enjoyable experience for our short visit.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to vaporetto stops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the evenings, making it a peaceful place to unwind after a long day.

One small issue was that we couldn't find the iron, but it was not a big problem as the staff was helpful and would have provided one if we had asked. Additionally, the touristy nature of the area meant that there was more action towards San Polo, which may have been a preferable location for some guests.

All in all had fantastic experience for our short visit.

It was brand-new in general: wonderful room, awesome location next to shops and eateries, and the canal that runs by Calle Lion. Great prices were a delight.

The location was super cool, we could literally stumble out of the apartment and be in the heart of Venice. Plus, the apartment itself was so stylish and modern, it felt like we were living in a luxury penthouse. And let me tell you, the kitchen was epic - we cooked up some gourmet meals like we were master chefs. this place totally rocked!

The only thing that could've been better is if there was a party room or rooftop terrace where we could hang out with our friends. We love to dance and have a good time, so having a designated spot for that would've been the ultimate icing on the cake.

The room was new-fashioned and beautiful, the location was particularly good. I had a few drinks at Liassidi Bar, located near the venue, before going to sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in a very beautiful area of Venice. The hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating, meeting us at the dock and providing helpful check-out assistance. The apartment was clean and spacious, with high-quality amenities including a fridge, washing machine, and coffee maker. The rooftop terrace offered stunning 360-degree views of the city. The location was convenient, with nice restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation, including the Giardini. All good.

I had a fantastic stay at Myplace San Marco. the staff member met us upon arrival and the area was both peaceful and close to the main attractions. the entrance and hallway had a high quality finish, and the apartment itself was modern, stylish, clean, and well-maintained. It was incredibly spacious, and our family of six had plenty of room to relax and have privacy. the little architectural details in the apartment, like the harmonious lighting and modern showers, added to the overall appeal. the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and kitchenware. There was even a supermarket nearby with a great variety of food, including special dietary products. Plus, the view of the canal from the kitchen window was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this apartment for other travelers!

Felt very cared for, nothing to complain about.

Modern and stylish accommodation in a quiet area, just a short walk from a popular square. Secure apartment with a lift, surrounded by good restaurants. Helpful team provided excellent support during check-in and check-out, including assistance with arranging transportation. Clean and fully equipped kitchen, with thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine.

The bedrooms and sofabed in the Myplace San Marco Apartments were incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!

The only downside was that the bathrooms only had showers. Some guests might prefer a bathtub for relaxation.

The location was mind-blowing, just a few twists and turns away from the crowds. The main bedroom was super comfortable, and the spaghetti and coffee left for us were a pleasant surprise. The cooking facilities and bathrooms were great, and the glass floor in the downstairs apartment was jaw-dropping. The service provided by Marco was exceptional, from his friendly demeanor to his thorough instructions and recommendations. a super stay and definitely recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and modern boutique apartment with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor dining area was also a nice touch. Will definitely stay again and have already shared my wonderful experience with others.

myplace san marco surpassed our expectations. yoses was a welcoming host and the apartment had beautiful design. the location was perfect for visiting venice and the biennale. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine. highly recommended!
